CAD planning for events.
NYE Outdoor Concert Event
An outdoor assessment plan helps you create your own events management company (please create a name) You will be sending this plan to your clients when it is completed.
The event you have to create is New Year’s Eve Concert.
Use any existing Template or Import a Google earth plan.
Think about the flow of the event and the equipment needed.
Please include elements below:
10 exhibition / food stalls – use 3m or 6m exhibition stalls.
In addition to the above:
2 x information booths
4 x first aid stalls
4 coffee cart or coffee stands
Optional – Main Stage: Maybe add large main stage area must have seating.
Allow standing area at the rear of the stage.
There must be male & female toilets. Adequate bins around the toilet facilities area.
Separately, there must be seating for lunch / beverage tables.
Indicate first aid areas.
Marquee 1
The outdoor space must include 2 x marquee tents:
Create a small Theatre style presentation.
HINT: To show your VIP row, simply select your row of chairs and fill them in a colour of your choice or add text to indicate VIP row.
Maybe add screen presentation and projectors.
Stage with projector, lectern & microphone.
Rear of marquee must include registration tables.

The second marquee tent must include:
Round / Trestle Tables.
Create a podium (or raised stage area)
Remember to add interesting areas and themes for the event:
E.g: Sushi Stand: Setup a separate area for the guests to view Japanese cooking.
For a New Years Event, add elements that would match the look and feel for a NYE event.
Remember, as an Event Planner you need to sell the concept and your vision for the event.
