Easy Steps to Share Your Event Floor Plan:

Step 1: Create Your Floor Plan. Begin by creating your floor plan using EventDraw’s intuitive and user-friendly interface. The software allows you to craft a basic floor plan in just minutes.

Step 2: Save to EventDraw Cloud. Save your floor plan to the EventDraw cloud. A pop-up will prompt you to save the plan before proceeding. Click “Yes,” and save your plan.

Step 3: Share Your Floor Plan Link. After saving, toggle on the Share Plan feature on the right side of the screen. Click “Copy Link” to generate a live link to the plan. You can enable editing access for your clients as needed.
